Discounts on purchase value
In the event that the return is due to a Sodany error (defective or incorrect product), we will cover the associated shipping costs. If the return is made for other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and verify the status of the returned product, we will proceed to issue a full refund in the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund processing time is 7 to 10 business days.
